“I stayed at Isnant for 3 years during my studying at Bangor University. The location of Isnant is great with quick access to the high street, short walk to the University campus, supermarkets, gyms, leisure facilities, the sea, and pubs, everything you could want at Uni. Steve was a very attentive landlord which shows in how well maintained and presented Isnant is.

An amazing feature of the house is the large kitchen and living room, giving lots of space to commune with housemates, making meals together and enjoying evenings watching the TV. There’s lots of parking space, which is another standout feature of Isnant as well. All these attributes were why myself and my housemates all stayed from second year until the end of our studies. I enjoyed my stay at Isnant thoroughly and recommend to anyone looking for a homely accommodation whilst at Bangor University.”

“I’m so grateful we found Isnant last year. It honestly felt like a lucky break. After seeing a lot of student houses in poor condition, walking into Isnant was such a relief. It is bright, clean and modern with stylish furniture and all the essentials, including all crockery, utensils and even a dishwasher and tumble dryer, which were lifesavers as Uni students.

The landlord was genuinely one of the highlights of our time in Bangor. He was always willing to try and ensure we had a great stay at the house. He was always quick to respond to any minor issues that arose e.g. if something needed fixing and was also open to considering adding any items, if we asked. Steve definitely made our stay at Isnant very easy.

The house has a spacious living/dining room perfect for hosting, and the location is ideal, safe and close to the University and the high street, and even a 24hr convenience store. Couldn’t have asked for a better place or experience during our time at Bangor Uni. I bet you can’t find a nicer house in Bangor.”

“Isnant has truly been a home away from home for me and the other girls. From the moment we arrived, the thoughtful design of the house made us feel instantly at ease - clean, warm welcoming and full of character.

The big windows let in so much natural light, which gives the space a bright and uplifting feel throughout the day. Each room is spacious, modern and comfortable and clearly cared for. The landlord (Steve) has been an amazing host, always ready to help with anything we needed and we have all had a great time at Isnant. The kitchen and living areas are spacious and perfect for us – we shared meals, laughs and countless memories in those spaces.

I will always remember my time at Isnant, not just because how well the place was maintained by Steve, but because of the beautiful memories I made here with the girls. It has been a special and unforgettable time.”

“I have loved living at Isnant, it is in a great location and I could not be happier with the house. My room (Bedroom 1) is incredibly spacious and full of natural light, giving me plenty of space to study, relax, exercise or even host friends. It is rare to find a room so open and comfortable.

The common areas are another highlight – they are large well-furnished and perfect for hanging out. Steve, the landlord provides tons of amenities that make life here super convenient. The Kitchen is a dream for anyone who loves to cook, with ample space to prep meals and socialize. Whether it’s making lunch, a group hangout, or dinner for friends or housemates, there’s always room for everyone.

For the price, this place is an absolute steal. All the rooms are fab, but I highly recommend Room 1 and this rental generally, for anyone looking for a comfortable spacious clean and well-equipped home!”
